Standard Operating Procedure: Public replys to INFO posts


INFO posts are considered Guild Business, so discussion of INFO posts on the lists is a violation of the Actionable Rules. While not strictly necessary, your INFO post may include the statement:

* Please do not reply to this message on the list*


This is a standard AR violation and generally should be treated as such, however common sense should also be applied. For example a member replying to the weekly Admin FAQ informing all list members of a changed link it probably does not warrant an INFO post. Alternatively List Guides do have the power to request removal of the member from the list(s) should they feel a member is deliberately abusing or misusing a list.

Follow-up Activity

Follow-up is only required should a member need removing from a list. See "Requesting removal of a list member"
